HOW DO I ORDER?
Follow this link to the online shop where you can place your pre-order, schedule a delivery time. 

GENERAL
Neve is a home studio based in East Vancouver specializing in artful flower arrangements for home, business and small weddings and events.  You may pre-order bouquets, vase arrangements and other designs for delivery Wednesday - Friday by selecting your arrangement and choosing the delivery date from the calendar. Pick up is only available for wedding orders at this time.

FLOWER CARE
Re-cut flower stems with clean sharp snips every few days to remove blocked and sealed stem ends. For bouquets, give the flowers fresh cool water every few days. Centerpiece arrangements need water top ups every day. Simply place vessel under the tap and run cool water in the vase until it overflows. Keep the flowers in a cool place away from direct sunlight and heat will help them last longer. Expect fresh flowers to last about five days or longer for some varieties.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ARRANGEMENT?
I am a small floral studio sourcing local when I can. I choose colors and varieties weekly and it changes based on availability. If you have an allergy or concern about a particular flower, please send me an email at hello@nevefloral.com when you place your order and I will do my best to meet your needs. 

VASE RETURN
If you would like to return a vase, you can drop it off at the studio Wednesday - Friday. Please send me a note at hello@nevefloral.com for details. 

CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATION ON CONFIRMED PAID ORDERS
A date change requested within 24 hours of scheduled delivery will incur a delivery fee. Orders canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% (including delivery) and are not eligible for a refund or for online studio credit.

RETURN POLICY
Accidents can happen and flowers sometimes get damaged in transit. Please send me a picture of the arrangement at hello@nevefloral.com within 24 hours of receipt and I will contact you for either a store credit or a suitable replacement. 

Not happy with your arrangement? I strive to create beautiful things, please let me know within 24 hours if you’re not happy with the quality of the arrangement. I will offer: A credit, or a replacement arrangement for pick up. After 24 hours, flower care is the recipient’s responsibility and the return policy is no longer valid. Please note, delivery fees are not refundable.
